Position Summary:

As a key member of our Parts Distribution Center, you will be responsible for ensuring all warehouse related administrative tasks are completed. You will work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and assist in all other areas of the warehouse such as shipping, receiving, and inventory control to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

What you will do:

  • Ensure all materials received from our suppliers, such as work orders, intercompany and customer are received daily in Oracle.
  • Provide assistance to warehouse staff to prioritize work load.
  • Perform audits on processes and data entry as required.
  • Coordinate and ensure timely shipping of vendor returns.
  • Monitor warehouse reporting and advise the status to Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Coordinate coach down process from receipt to shipment.
  • Order warehouse supplies ensuring that all inventory levels are kept up to date.
  • Assist with inventory reconciliations as required.
  • Ensure all relevant shipping documents are completed and correct.
