Position Summary:

This position is responsible for maintaining all engineering documents as well as supporting various departments with their requirements of engineering related data. This position also ensure that all engineering documents are processed, organized and distributed appropriately.

What you will do:

  • Process all Engineering release documents and drawings which support production activities, customer service field retrofits and publications department.
  • Audit of data and documentation provided by engineering groups for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure all Engineering release documents conform to Engineering documented policies and procedures and enforce where necessary.
  • Create and update Bill of Material based on drawings supplied by design group.
  • Provide process and policy guidance to all Engineering staff members.
  • Maintain all release documents and drawing files.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements with suggestions and ideas then aid in the follow through implementation process.


Preferred Skills

  • Two years’ experience in a related field and/or manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to converse in a professional manner in both written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and possess initiative to seek improvements
  • Motivated self-starter with capabilities to work within a fast paced team oriented environment
